In the Summer of '04/05, about 12, maybe 14 times, to my knowledge, ABC Radio National broadcast a long speech by Thomas King. In it, he told a yarn with the punchline "It's turtles all the way down".
On asking ABC Media Watch if they thought 12 times in a few weeks was reasonable, they told me I "should get a TV" and take it up with RN, who told me that "listener demand" is what determines programming.
Here's a dictionary link, for Messrs Adams and McCutcheon and the many other ABC-RN folks who confuse the words 'disinterest' and 'uninterest', one of those primary school quiz standards.
